Careers

Build wireless networks that have to work in the real world.

Join a specialized wireless engineering company working across enterprise, warehouses and distribution, senior living and healthcare, multi-site environments, and complex RF troubleshooting.

Engineering work

Wireless is the discipline—not an add-on.

Projects may include wireless assessments, passive and active surveys, AP-on-a-Stick validation, predictive RF design, deployment and migration, post-install validation, optimization, spectrum analysis, Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 readiness, and indoor location or RTLS work.

Enterprise wireless assessments and architecture
Warehouse and distribution-center RF engineering
Senior living and healthcare wireless environments
Multi-site standards, migrations, and validation
Packet, roaming, and client-behavior analysis
Spectrum and non-Wi-Fi interference investigation

Open opportunities

Senior wireless engineering roles

Both opportunities are contract and project based. Travel varies by engagement.

Contract / Project Based

Senior Wireless Engineer — Enterprise Wireless

Remote / United States, with travel to customer sites as projects require

A senior hands-on wireless engineer supporting enterprise assessments, design, surveys, deployment and migration, validation, optimization, and troubleshooting across multi-site customer environments.

Role qualifications

Required / strongly required

  • Senior-level enterprise Wi-Fi engineering experience.
  • At least one active advanced wireless certification from an acceptable path: CWNE; a current Cisco expert-level enterprise wireless credential, such as CCIE Enterprise Wireless; or a relevant active Juniper Mist/Juniper wireless credential at JNCIS level or higher. These are distinct credential paths and are not presented as equivalent certification levels.
  • Hands-on understanding and use of Ekahau AI Pro for predictive design and/or survey analysis; Ekahau Sidekick experience is preferred.
  • Strong 802.11 and RF fundamentals, including RSSI, SNR, noise, channel utilization, channel planning, transmit power, retries, roaming and client behavior, capacity, and interference.
  • Experience with at least two major enterprise wireless platforms, such as Cisco Catalyst 9800, Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba or Aruba Central, and Juniper Mist.
  • Ability to perform or interpret passive and active wireless surveys; AP-on-a-Stick experience is preferred.
  • Troubleshooting experience using packet captures and appropriate wireless and network tools; spectrum-analysis experience is preferred.
  • Strong documentation and customer communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred

  • Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7, and 6 GHz design or validation experience.
  • NAC and 802.1X understanding; RTLS and indoor location services experience.
  • Experience with Ekahau Sidekick, Hamina, Sidos, NetAlly, WLAN Pi, or Wireshark.
  • Large warehouse and high-ceiling RF environments; multi-site rollout experience.

Contract / Project Based
